The Macedonian was developed by AHC and the Macedonian Baptist Church and opened in June 2011.
In addition to bringing 36 new affordable apartments to the Nauck community, the mixed-use Macedonian features a green roof, Earthcraft certification, 2,000 sq. ft. of commercial space expected to be an “incubator” for small businesses, and room for the church-affiliated CDC. Units are kept affordable in part by a 65-year ground lease from Macedonia Baptist Church.
