Andrea Brennan, housing policy and development director for the Minneapolis, spoke June 5 at the Alliance For Housing Solutions’ annual Leckey Forum about how her city recently upended many of its housing regulations to make way for affordability and, most importantly, equity.

The Alliance for Housing Solutions’ June 5 Leckey Forum will focus on housing affordability and equity, specifically what can be learned from the new “Minneapolis 2040” plan, which takes steps toward addressing historic patterns of segregation and lack of affordability.

Housing Arlington recognizes that housing affordability is an issue across the spectrum of household income levels, including both low-income and middle-income households.
